Nikki has worked with Dr. Cope since 2016 at the Sweetwater location. She also assists staff at the Maryville location. As Patient Care Coordinator, she works with patients on the care of their hearing aids along with educating them about preventative maintenance. Nikki has worked in customer service positions for many years as well as working alongside her husband for more than 20 years doing home remodeling. In her free time, she enjoys dabbling in art and spending time with family.
