These have been challenging times during the COVID-19 virus and quarantine. Our offices continue to put your health and safety as our top priority. We have been following CDC guidelines including: cleaning and sanitizing between appointments, disinfecting equipment, as well as screening employees and patients for signs of
illness. To keep our patients and staff safe, we also only allow one patient in the office at a time and we conduct hearing aid cleanings and checks as well as repair and supply pickups by curbside.
Patients can trust that curbside services will still provide them with the same quality and procedures that they would receive if they were in the office. We are asking that patients call us from their vehicle for curbside services as well as letting us know they have arrived for their scheduled appointments. Our staff will give instructions on how their appointments will be conducted.
