After 20 years or so I was always told that only one hearing aid could help me, and it would be pointless to wear two. After a hearing test with Dr. Cope I was asked why I wasn’t wearing a hearing aid in my other ear also. My reply was because it would not help my hearing. Guess what? My old hearing place was wrong! I went to the Sweetwater office since I was able to get a quicker appointment. Front office staff person was pleasant and welcoming. I didn’t have to wait. Dr. Cope was prompt and professional. He took the time to discuss all of my concerns. That’s important when you’re dealing with people who have hearing loss and tinnitus, two very scary health problems. He explains the tests he is running and what he finds. He shows you the hearing test results and his assessment. This type of office could easily be operated like an assembly line, since testing is fast and results are immediate. But it is not. You are treated as an individual. This is the place you should go with any hearing issue.

Great place to obtain hearing aids with the help of very professional personnel. I had a question a couple days after receiving the hearing aids and it was answered immediately and I was directed to the aids manufacturer tech line for future help – it came in handy. I had a software glitch with the iPhone blue tooth that is being worked on and I was given an immediate corrective action I could take in the meantime.
