Cara has worked alongside Dr. Cope since 2000, beginning in the Tri-Cities area before relocating to Blount County in 2003 to help establish Advanced Hearing Center. As AHC’s Office Manager, she oversees the operations and administrative functions of both offices, including accounts receivable and payable, insurance claims management, provider credentialing and patient support. Cara plays an active role in coordinating hearing healthcare services for veterans and workers’ compensation patients, in addition to leading industrial hearing screening and conservation initiatives for local employers
She values building meaningful relationships with patients and helping create a welcoming, compassionate environment for everyone who walks through the doors of AHC.
As a recent breast cancer survivor, Cara is passionate about encouraging and supporting women through advocacy, awareness, and early detection education. Outside of work, she enjoys photography and spending time with her husband and Airedale Terrier.
